To keep an oilfield up and running there are a lot of tasks that need to be completed like maintenance, operational improvements, and capital workovers. Coordinating the existing list of tasks while adding new opportunities is difficult.

The Solution
At OVS, our Oilfield Coordination Workflow has been deployed several times to help address these issues. The workflow is highly configurable to account to for many unique situations.
The system allows engineers, supervisors, operators, and vendors to enter new opportunities or tasks. They can then make comments or close the opportunity.

Users of the system can quickly see what tasks are assigned to them, or their team, with all the relevant information about the project. The status of the project is transparent throughout the entire organization.
